- Complete the online application and submit supporting documents.
- Colteg Global Services reviews and verifies submitted information.
- Colteg Global Services matches participant skills and goals with a U.S. Employer.
- Colteg Global Services issues participant a Job Offer with employment details.
- Participant signs and submits the Job Offer.
- Colteg Global Services processes application/forms and issues a DS-2019 form.
- Participant meets with their Consulate to obtain their Visa.
- Colteg Global Services coordinates arrival information with participant and Employer.
- Participant attends pre-departure orientation.
- Participant validates program within 10 days of arrival in the U.S.
- Colteg Global Services provides continued support throughout program.
- Provide feedback to Colteg Global Services.
